- All orders over £95 are delivered free of charge.
- Unfortunately, we can never guarantee delivery times. Deliveries will usually arrive around the same time each week, but this will sometimes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
- You can give us any special instructions for our driver to follow when we make your delivery (apart from delivery time). Many people are out when we deliver, and we can almost always find a good place to leave your delivery.
- We deliver all over Ireland and the UK.
- We prefer to deliver to homes, but we can deliver to work addresses as long as office hours are flexible and the office is in one of our delivery areas. If your office is in a different postcode to where you live, we may deliver there on a different day.
- If you are going on holiday, just let us know when you are away and we'll skip your deliveries.
- We reuse all our meat delivery boxes. Please leave your empties out for the driver on your delivery day or as many of our boxes fold down for easy storage please post back in the enclosed envelope.
